The Connecticut Supreme Court recently held in STATE OF CONNECTICUT v. ADA MANGUAL, that the Defendant was in "custody" during the execution of a search and seizure warrant, and accordingly statements made during this "custody" required MIRANDA warnings in order to be used against the Defendant at a later date.
